1. Payment Terms: Our invoices are payable upon receipt unless a specific timeframe is indicated on the order. To ensure prompt processing, please make payments to the following account:

2. Late Payments: In the event of non-payment by the due date, Dinow Electronics reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment of 10% on the outstanding balance.
3. Delivery and Pickup: We offer delivery by Bike or Car at the rates specified at checkout. Alternatively, customers may select 'Store Pickup' at no additional cost. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery or pickup.
4. Claims and Returns: Any claims regarding the goods or services provided must be notified in writing to Dinow Electronics within 8 working days of receipt.
5. Governing Law: All contractual relations and disputes will be governed exclusively by the laws of Kenya.
